The world of gaming is often viewed and represented from the lens of young males, specifically Caucasian males. The reality is gaming draws a wide spectrum of people, including Black women and girls. Black women are among the least represented demographic in the $135 billion global gaming industry. They suffer from a double disadvantage — of race and gender. Space and opportunity have to be created, and we are doing just that through this initiative.
